***Please note*** Make sure someone will be available to sign for your package, when it is delivered. We REQUIRE a signature for delivery. We will be more than happy to ship your package to your place of business, if this is more convient for you. If the carrier cannot obtain a signature, and the package is returned to us, you WILL be responsible for paying the additional shipping charges to send the package back to you. The package will be held, until you have done so. We will NOT issue a refund for the merchandise.
We ship our products worldwide. We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping for domestic orders. Standard shipping takes between 1-2 weeks, once your order has been processed and shipped. Expedited shipping takes 2-5 business days, ONCE YOUR HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND HAS SHIPPED. THIS TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE OUR IN-HOUSE PROCESSING TIME OF YOUR ORDER. All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service International Airmail. This method usually takes 2-3 weeks from the date of shipping. Since international rates vary country to country, the shipping charges are added onto your order, once we have packages, measured and weighed your box(es). Any import taxes and/or tariffs are the buyer's responsibility to pay. Please understand that not all countries offer insurance on packages being shipped. We do insured the packages, that offer this service. However, if the country we are shipping to does not offer insurance against loss, damage or riffling, we will not be held responsible for the package once we ship. We will be able to provide a customs form number, as proof of delivery only, in these situations. If you would like to know if insurance is available for your country, please feel free to contact us. Please note...during the hot months of the year (mainly the summer months) we only ship candles and candy on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is to prevent your package(s) from sitting in a non-cooled warehouse over the weekend. If you need your order shipped quicker, please email us at: fairytaleweddingstore@gmail.com we will be more than happy to provide you with assistance.
We are not responsible, nor will we replace any melted candy or candles. You are ordering at your own risk. Please let us know if you have any questions about this policy, before placing your order!
Please feel free to contact us, if you need your order immediately. We will be more than happy to provide you with an overnight shipping quote. Please note an in-house rush charge of $12.99 will be applied to any order requiring less than a 24 business hour lead time. We will advise you of this fee, before you are charged.
Please note... we do our best to package items safely and securely. Please understand mishaps do occur with shipping companies, once in awhile. We make sure fragile items are shipped with insurance, in case an unfortunate experience occurs. Please feel free to email us with any questions you may have, we are more than happy to assist you.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Master card, Discover/Novus, Paypal, United States Postal Money Orders, cashiers checks. Orders paid with personal checks will be held until the funds clear the bank. This can take 5-10 business days.
If the shipping address provided on your order is incorrect, we reserve the right to charge a $6.00 address correction fee. This is what UPS charges us, to make the correction, and we must pass it along to you.
If an item arrives damaged, we must be notified via EMAIL within 72 hours of receipt. You must retain all original packaging material, including the outer box. Do not contact the shipper yourself, contact us via email at fairytaleweddingstore@gmail.com If you file a claim directly with the shipper, we will not be able to assist in the replacement of the product. If you do not retain all of the original packaging and the damaged item, your merchandise will not be replaced.
Our inventory is always changing with new things being added and other items being discountinued. For this reason, we do NOT offer a printed catalog. We also offer a CLOSEOUT section. This is a great area to find cost saving items for your event! Order quantities will be adjusted, based upon current inventory levels in stock. If an order quantity is adjusted on a closeout item, it will be considered complete and no back order will follow.
PLEASE NOTE...ALL SALES ARE FINAL...NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES PERMITTED FOR ANY REASON. We are very sorry if this poses an inconvience, however it is the only way we are able to ensure you are receiving brand new unused merchandise. A few bad apples have spoiled this for our customers.
